If you are late for IV therapy, I might not be able to take you depending on other appointments. If you are late for a consult, your appointment will end at scheduled time despite you being late and full fee will be expected.
Tipping for IV therapy is optional, and always appreciated.
We DO NOT take insurance, which allows us to cut out the red tape imposed by insurance companies, hospital administrators and the myriad of other stakeholders in a traditional medical practice, to provide quality care free of restrictions that is tailored to the unique needs of your child and family.
I do accept most major credit cards, checks and cash. In addition, most HSA, and FSA accounts will work but not all do. This varies and despite either way, full payment is expected at time of service.
Please give 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. I am able to avoid lost revenue and accommodate other clients who would like an appointment. Thank you. There is no fee if you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel day of appointment, you will be charged the deposit fee you placed at time appointment was booked.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, the visit will end at the scheduled time, and full payment is required.
